New Assignment

Mission: Episode 3 - Winds of Change
Location: New Bajor; Surface
Timeline: Day 17 - 1415

Lieutenant Archibald Harrington had been enjoying his relax and recreation on New Bajor. His career in Starfleet hadn't taken him to the Gamma Quadrant until the Telestro made its way through the Bajoran wormhole. Coming through the wormhole was out of this world and the universe. He looked up at the sunset that he had witnessed when he ran into the woman Anna. He sighed. He hadn't seen her since that night and maybe it was for the best. His commbadge interrupted him before he was about to enter the same bar the two of them had met the night before. He cursed something incoherently underneath his breathe before touching his commbadge, "Go for Harrington."

"Please report to the Telestro as soon as possible," Lieutenant Commander Ramsey Garrison's monotone voice filled Harrington's ears.

"Can it wait? Just about to meet up with some friends-"

"No. Report immediately, Lieutenant. Telestro out. "

Harrington grumbled before reestablishing contact with the Telestro to come aboard post haste.

[ Transporter Room; USS Telestro ]

Lieutenant Harrington materialized on the platform in an unbuttoned up Hawaiian shirt and khaki shorts. The Transporter Chief looked up from their console, "Thank you." Harrington left and proceeded for the bridge.

Lieutenant Commander Garrison greeted him on the bridge, "You are out of uniform and inappropriately, Lieutenant."

The Lieutenant looked over his clothes and raised an eyebrow. He turned away and buttoned up his shirt. He turned back around to face the first officer, "Sir?"

"Pack up your things, you are being reassigned to the Unification. Go pack up your things and get off this ship," Garrison strong handed him.

Harrington nodded his head. He was very pleased that he was getting off this ship but he didn't want to show it to the Telestro's crew.

"You're dismissed."

Harrington was relieved when the Telestro's first officer handed him the PADD with his transfer orders. He looked over them. He realized that the gentleman in the bar that he met on the station a couple days ago was the Commanding Officer. Maybe he made a good impression? He certainly hoped it would be an improvement.
