The bar settled back into the rack with a rewarding clink, Captain Usmanova swung her legs off the end of the bench and sat up, sweat on her brow and a rewarding tingle of pain still in her arms and chest." She crossed the gymnasium as she headed for the doors, returning a nod from several other marines who were working out during the transit to New Bajor.

The double doors closed behind her and she broke into a run, winding her way through the corridors of the small ship, the limited size of a Nova Class making her run a little more complicated then she was used to. After a few kilometres she slowed her pace and soon had returned to her compact guest quarters. She showered and pulled on a pair of fatigues before heading to messhall to get a late dinner. "On more day." She muttered to herself sitting down to her dinner.
