Chance Encounter, Pt. II

Mission: Episode 3 - Winds of Change
Location: USS Windsor
Timeline: Following "Chance Encounter"

Anna felt around on the floor finally finding her uniform jacket she pulled it on and adjusted her hair, a practiced manoeuvre even in the dark. "Going somewhere."

A smile formed before she turned to face the voice, "Well you're XO now, it probably sets a bad precedent for a woman to be seen leaving your quarters naked, or at all for that matter."

He laughed, "You clearly don't know my Captain, but you're also probably right, like always." He said, rising from the bed and closing the distance between them, He kissed her and for the briefest moment she let go of control and let him, then pushed back she moved into the washroom and checked her appearance in the mirror, not worried about waking him.

"I should get back to my ship, I have a meeting with the Security Chief in a few hours." She said, glancing at her watch.

He nodded, "I have a staff meeting in one. Which I'm not prepared for since I got– distracted."

She laughed, "Careful, the new XO not ready for meetings, you might lose that shiny new pip." She said as she emerged from the head.

Before he could speak his combadge chirped, =/\= "Bridge to Commander Chance, incoming message from Task Force Command for you. =/\=

=/\= Route it to my quarters. =/\= He replied before closing the channel.

"Why are they contacting you and not the Captain?" She asked.

He smirked, "Always an inquisitive one, unfortunately it's need to know."

"And I don't need to know," She finished for him. He shrugged pulling on his own uniform and flatting his hair a bit. "I'll see myself out, Commander." She said with a smirk. He blushed slightly and Anna gave him a quick kiss before heading for the door and the nearest transporter room.
