| Personal History | Callum is the youngest of 6 children and the only son of Michale and Madigan O'Shannon. He grew up in southern Ireland. His father was a computer engineer for the global power service. His mom was a house wife. Two of his sisters are teachers, one is a psychiatrist, one is an soccer coach and former professional player, and the fifth is a dance instructor in New York City where she was a professional dancer. Callum was fascinated with detective stories as a kid after reading his dad's copy of The Maltese Falcon. He would play detective with his friends and try to solve mysteries for them like who stole Kevin's baseball. When he was old enough he began studying to enter the academy and after two failed attempts, tutoring, and hard work he was accepted. During his first post he was involved with a fellow officer he had dated on and off since the academy. Together they had two children. She couldn't handle motherhood and took a classified post leaving the children with Callum. He took legal action to gain sole custody of his two young children. |

| Service Record | Entered Starfleet Academy at age 20. Accepted to the intelligence division program at the end of his first year and began it at the start of his second year. His drive to succeed and be in the cadet command level by graduation led Callum to spend weekends and most holiday's on campus studying. He made cadet commander by the middle of his 3rd year and graduated with honors at 24. His first post was to a starbase near the Cardassian boarder. He served there two years and went on several classified missions into Cardassian space. At 28 he applied to be the Chief Intelligence Officer of the USS Unification. |
