| General Overview | Physically and mentally within acceptable Starfleet Regulation metrics, however Reins (preferred surname, from his Human side) exhibits arrogance under questioning; a lack of remorse, guilt, and empathy; emotionally shallow and apparently incapable of real human attachment to another person. However it should be noted that when questioned by a female operative, Reins was more responsive, exhibiting glibness and charm; revealing details of promiscuity; displaying impulsive behaviour, and manipulating the conversation to his own ends [Note: The female assistant was spotted in the company of Reins on several occasions when not on duty].
